We assume no liability for the performance, quality, or safety of any work provided by third-party installers.
4. Vetting and “Approval”
While we feature “Approved” installers, this status refers to our internal vetting process, which includes verification of business registration, valid Public Liability Insurance, and a review of customer feedback/ratings. This is not a guarantee of future performance or a warranty of work quality.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Lead Generation Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or any services provided by third-party installers found through our platform.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for vetting your chosen installer, verifying their credentials, and ensuring they hold current insurance prior to commencing any work on your property.
